Can I get Galaxus TV if I don’t have a Galaxus Internet plan?Yes. You can sign up to and access Galaxus TV regardless of whether you have a Galaxus Internet plan.

Do I need a TV box for Galaxus TV?No. In most cases, you only need the Galaxus TV app to access Galaxus TV on your TV set. The app is easy to install on almost all smart TVs available in Switzerland since 2015. If your TV set is older than that, you can still access Galaxus TV via a compatible TV box or streaming box. When choosing a box, please make sure it can be connected to your TV set.

What exactly does 1,000 recordings worldwide mean?With Galaxus TV, you can use your app or browser to record programmes broadcast by channels included in your plan and play them abroad. Please make sure you download the Galaxus TV app from the relevant Swiss app store onto your device before your trip. To access your recordings from anywhere in the world via a browser, you’ll just need your login.
